Etosha Aoba Lodge was built along the dry Omuramba Ovambo riverbed close to the thatch-roofed communal area. All bungalows feature a private terrace with seating, bathroom with a shower, mini-safe, bush mini bar, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and tea and coffee making facilities. There are also heaters available in winter.
You can relax next to the swimming pool or have a drink under the thatched roof of the bar. To watch the world go by, you can sit back in the lounge and dining area that overlooks the small waterhole. Come and enjoy the luxury comforts of Etosha Aoba Lodge and relax within the natural wilderness surrounding you.
Onguma Etosha Aoba Lodge is adjacent to Etosha National Park. As soon as you drive through the gate, you will find yourself in the middle of the African wilderness.
It’s easy to find us:
Coming from the east: follow the B1 to the north/Etosha direction, turn left onto C38, and you will reach the lodge after 25 km directly on the right-hand side of the Etosha gate. Then, just follow the signs for 13 km along a natural bush road, and you will find the lodge.
Coming from the west: leave Etosha at von Lindequist Gate. You immediately turn left into the Onguma Reserve and follow the signs. You will find the lodge after 13 km of natural bush road.
Onguma Etosha Aoba Lodge has its private airstrip. We transfer our guests in open game drive vehicles and even the 20-minute journey to the lodge is an opportunity to see some game!
