After a long day at Etosha National Park, you can sit back and gaze over the plains from your private viewing deck at the modern, comfortable Safarihoek Lodge. The lodge is less than 112km from the Andersson park gate. Guests can also enjoy wildlife sightings on the premises throughout the day – and night!
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives on the 600-square-kilometre Etosha Heights Reserve. The reserve is where you'll find the Safarihoek Lodge. The black rhino is undoubtedly the icon of this area. A unique photography hide by the water hole allows guests to get closer to the wildlife. Later, you can wrap up warm for a night's drive and locate the nocturnal creatures of the reserve.
You'll have a 180-degree view from the lodge – even while in the swimming pool – because it's perched on a hill. There's also a large firepit with cushions to sit around the fire.
Visitors can enjoy hearty meals prepared by the cooks, who also consider special dietary requirements. When booking your stay, please tell us if you want to eat vegan or Halaal. We arrange Bush meals and picnics with prior notice.
