Little Ongava

Little Ongava is an exclusive safari lodge near the Etosha National Park. It offers stunning accommodation and a unique experience for the discerning traveller because there are only three spacious luxury chalets. The chalets are on a rocky outcrop and overlook an active waterhole. The lodge is known for the panoramic views from the chalets.

This camp is in Ongava Game Reserve, which offers fly-in safaris on top of their Little Ongava packages. Because the area is a wildlife conservancy, it offers guests a unique experience of getting in touch with nature. Various Ongava Game Reserve activities are included in your package.

Little Ongava is all about exclusivity and personalised service. Only six guests can stay at a time, making it very private. Each unit has a private plunge pool and a living area to spend a lazy afternoon. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower and a bath with a view.

The dining and lounge area has a beautiful view over the bush and waterhole. Unquestionably, this is guests' favourite place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal.

Activities at Little Ongava revolve around day and night game viewing, visiting hides at various waterholes and game drives into Etosha and In Ongava. The hide at the lodge's waterhole provides excellent photographic opportunities for any photographer.

Private Activities

• The private activity service includes all the regular activities in that camp, be it guided walks or game drives.
• Only applicable to the Fully Inclusive Package.
• The group size of a booking is not a default guarantee for exclusive use. Please book and change accordingly if guests want a guaranteed private vehicle and guide.
• The private activity service commences with the afternoon activity on the day of arrival and ends with the morning activity on the day of departure.
• Little Ongava does not have a private vehicle. Unique activities at Little Ongava are on request and subject to the availability of the other private cars on the Reserve.
• Private vehicles are only bookable for consecutive days. Ongava cannot accept a reservation request for a personal vehicle activity on DAY 1 and then again on DAY 3 (DAY 2 might be complete). This negatively impacts the lodge scheduling of the guides, resulting in unsatisfactory service.
