Hobas Campsite Fish River Canyon Accommodation is available only 10 km from the canyon. Visitors come from all over the world to see the second largest canyon. Hobas Campsite provides easy access to the canyon. Plus, you'll have a fantastic view of the sunrise and sunset over the canyon from your campsite!
The view from the top of the canyon is second to none, but it's very convenient to enjoy the view from camp. Another reason why we love Hobas Campsite is that you're already in the conservation area where you can spot klipspringer, kudu, baboon, zebra or springbok on a short walk from the camp.
Our Fish River Accommodation consists of chalets and campsites. The camps have shaded areas, green laws, BBQ facilities and electricity until 10 pm.
Of course, you're welcome to book the famous Fish River Canyon Hike through us. The hike will take four days, and the trail will wind down from the northern viewpoint to the Ai-Ais Hotsprings.
Visitors can hike down to the Fish River on the 5-6 day trial, but not on a one day hike. It's recommended to visit the canyon for sunrise and sunset. The canyon is only second to the Grand Canyon, 160 km long and 550 m deep. Come and experience this natural wonder in all its might.
